To opt-in to TextForHelp.app, all you need do is text us (preferably with the keyword from your school or community.) One of our clinicians will message you in return within a few minutes.
Opt-Out Policy
To end the conversation and stop receiving messages from TextForHelp and its clinicians, simply text STOP at any time. Your chat will be ended and no further messages will be sent to you by our clinicians unless you choose to text START or UNSTOP.
